Our products are provided and shipped by multiple suppliers. It is possible that your order will be shipped in more than one package and at different times. Please keep this in mind with regard to delivery expectations.

Because we sell items from a variety of suppliers in a number of countries, currency fluctuations and postage rates will vary according to the Suppliers' requirement.
It is a condition of purchase of any item on this site that postage charges may need to be amended and supplemented according to the requirements each Supplier nominates at the time of purchase. We will contact you via email with a shipping quote, for your approval, before we process your order.
Delivery times
Precious Moments Accessories suggests that orders are placed as early as possible to avoid stress and disappointment. We will endeavour to ensure that all items are shipped within 4 days of confirmation of your order by our suppliers. Our suppliers are located on 3 continents and ship directly to you. Actual delivery times will depend on external service providers (such as Australia Post and international postal services) but our shipping timeline is generally as follows:
Surface Mail: 2-8 business days (varies with location).
Express Air Shipping: 1-5 business days (varies with location).
International Air Shipping: 2-4 weeks (varies with location).
Personalisation will delay delivery of your order by two to four weeks. Upon receipt of your order we will immediately notify you of the expected delivery date
If for any reason we have a shortage of stock and cannot despatch the order within the timeframe, we will contact you to let you know. You will then be given the option of waiting, or having some of the order shipped now and the rest later. During peak times it may not always be possible to despatch orders within 4 days, if your order is required by a certain date please enter this in the comments section so that we can endeavour to deliver your order in time.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we will ship anywhere worldwide. Simply place your order online and choose International Shipping. Please be aware that each country handles imported goods differently and may affect delivery time. Some countries may have custom or duty charges and the customer will have to pay for these charges.
