Our Returns & Cancellation Policy
At Precious Moments Accessories, our goal is to provide high quality products at a great price. If for what ever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products to us for a full refund, with the exception of personalized products, perishable merchandise and special order items. We request that you contact us within 7 days of receipt of order to arrange return or exchange of goods.
Please take note or the following:
All cake jewellery is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Shipping and any "Rush" fees are not refundable.
Please return items in their original packaging.
Shipping costs to return the items are the responsibility of the customer
Sale items are not exchangeable. All sales are final.
How do I return the item?
Please email us at info@preciousmomentsaccessories.com.au to receive a RA (Return Authorization) number. We cannot accept any returns that do not have a RA number on the return mailing label. Once the item has been received, we will refund you for the value of the item, not including the initial cost of shipping the item to you. Please return the products to:

What if I want to cancel my order?
If for some reason you wish to cancel and order you just placed, we can only do so if we have not processed the order yet. Please note that we process most orders immediately upon receipt. We recommend that you contact us with out delay to inform us. If you have paid by credit card or PayPal, your will be refunded the full amount less any fees and charges that we have been charged.
What if the item is missing or faulty?
Our suppliers take exceptional care when packaging and sending your chosen goods. Should the items you receive be faulty, please contact us immediately to receive a RA (Return Authorization) number. We will happily replace the item or refund its value upon receipt and authentication of fault. Kindly ensure the item is in its original packaging and returned within 7 days of receipt. Please note that we are unable to take responsibility for loss or damage of goods in transit.
